These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ProteinPlan (the "Service"), operated by ProteinPlan ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

ProteinPlan is an AI-powered tool that generates high-protein meal plans, calorie and macro estimates, and shopping lists based on the ingredients and goals you provide. Outputs are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying nutritional information and consulting a qualified professional before relying on any plan for medical, dietary, or training decisions.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • send spam, malware, or attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our systems;
  • scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service or its outputs at scale;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or designed to deceive;
  • attempt to jailbreak, reverse engineer, or bypass safety controls of the AI.

4. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances and must not be relied on as medical, nutritional, or professional advice without independent review. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and may suspend accounts that repeatedly produce or request prohibited content.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. You may use generated meal plans for your personal purposes.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated violations of our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
