ProteinPlan, operated by ProteinPlan, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose the option to request a refund.
  3. Alternatively, you can contact Paddle support directly at help@paddle.com.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your subscription will end and access to paid features (unlimited generations, longer prompts, saved history) will be removed. The refunded amount is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current paid period.
